Was called and told about a unpayed credit card. I explained I thought it was payed off and have not received any notice. Thy replied that thy sent letter and ask about address. My address has been the same for 20 years and they did not sent to right address. I asked if they could resend to confirm the unpayed card and they said no that if I did not pay they would be serving me papers the next day. I ask to give some time they said no. They wanted payment now or I would get sued. The scare tactics was horrible. One of the women started yelling at me saying she was doing me a favor and if this is the only chance to talk or there would a judgemental against me in the morning. I asked if the call was being recorded and she got mad and called me uncooperative that she did not have do put up with this that 's she had what sounded like hospice at home and she didnot have to pUT up wits this I replied that i am wan ting to hand let what eversion i owe bUT wold lIke proof


payments on the rest and she a I 'd no that that option past when I did not respond to letter. I said you sent letter to another address and you have correct address and did not send to it. She got mad and hung up saying I would be getting sued. That she new available amount on my bank card wanted payment Another - called back and work a one time payment out after more scare tactics leaving me unsure if I did right by paying. While waiting at bank to clear money another person called my wife 's phone to see if we where going to pay - her We both were aafraid of getting account seized
