They have also made slight changes each time they resubmit it to the 3 reporting bureaus. Each time we have asked for proof of the debt and all we have ever heard, is because we have a form?! Where is the proof? Without proof they get removed, but then they come right back.... |

My husbands only income was social security and I was working so that is why they put his debt under my name. I do not think this was fair. My credit report is affected and I have repeatedly asked them to take my husband 's bills off of my account and they have not done so. He has since passed away and they still have his debt on my account. I need help. I do not know where to turn.... |

Inc Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount July 15, 2016 - I had payment agreement with a medical provider to pay bill at $25.00 every other week which I started immediately. Provider then sent account to collection in spite of agreement and then stated they are no longer collecting the item.
