I was never told this and feel that this company should have dislosed upon it 's first initial communication that some calls may be recorded. I am very very concerned and feel that greater transparency on how Bilateral conducts itself is of public benefit. Recording a call without knowledge of a consumer or without warning that some calls may be recorded is a serious offense, perhaps a class wide offense... |
