Bilateral Credit Corp, LLC Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount January 6, 2017 - Not only was the wrong amount attempted to be collected, but after speaking to an executive in regards to my dispute they did infact disclose that they do record some calls, but not calls. I was never told this and feel that this company should have dislosed upon it 's first initial communication that some calls may be recorded. I am very very concerned and feel that greater transparency on how Bilateral conducts itself is of public benefit. Recording a call without knowledge of a consumer or without warning that some calls may be recorded is a serious offense, perhaps a class wide offense... |
