He advised the collector we filed bankruptcy and he then began using harassing language, advising he would continue calling until the debt was paid. I have also received several calls on my cell phone from this office, but voicemails were left as I neglected to return the calls since they addressed my husband. In addition, I can provide a copy of my filed list with the bankruptcy courts as we listed all parties that reports on our credit at the time of filing -.
