Today my husband - -, received a disturbing call from - with Bilateral Credit. - NY Bilateral Credit -, Ext - - advised him he was calling re a debt incurred over 2 years ago with - - - - My husband - -, and i filed Ch - and were discharged from bankruptcy -. He advised the collector we filed bankruptcy and he then began using harassing language, advising he would continue calling until the debt was paid. I have also received several calls on my cell phone from this office, but voicemails were left as I neglected to return the calls since they addressed my husband. In addition, I can provide a copy of my filed list with the bankruptcy courts as we listed all parties that reports on our credit at the time of filing -. Please respond with any requests for documents or call history records as necessary.
