A week or so after filing the complaint, I got a call at a very inconvenient time and asked that they call me back the beginning of the next week. Two weeks later and they still have not called me. I tried emailing them regarding the status of the matter, and their contact page will not allow me to send an email. Whenever I call I am just left on hold for what seems like hours.
