I have a student loan owned by Citizens One and due to my worsening - - I have been unable to work for some time, I am receiving Social Security -, have been approved for a Federal - discharge, and approved by - for a full discharge of the student loans that they held. I asked Citizens for a compassionate review of my private loan ( about $43000.00 ) 2 months ago and they have n't responded.
