Prior to this, I was making payments on this account to another collection agency and without notifying me, the account was sold to Source Receivables. I called - to verify the debt and then called the collector back. Someone answered the phone and said " did n't someone speak to you already? I was confused as I have not lived there for over one year and received nothing in the mail regarding any debts. I request that they provide me with information of the amount I owe in writing and they refused to send me that information. They state that they sent me a letter 10 months ago.
