I do not know if the company is a fake or not. I request that they provide me with information of the amount I owe in writing and they refused to send me that information. They state that they sent me a letter 10 months ago. I explained that I did not get such a letter and ask them to provide me with that information. A manager named - refused to sent me that information. Moreover I explained that they continue to call me on my cell phone and have requested that they reframe from doing this practice and contact me via mail.
