Received a call from a local telephone number - - - -. After I answered a woman named - spoke very fast listing my address and asked for me by name twice. I asked where she was calling from and she said Source RM I asked what that was and she replied it was a debt collector. I asked what her location was, she kept responding by asking how do I want to pay my debt today? '' she finally replied by saying she was located in -. I asked if she was calling from a recorded line ( as I live in - ) and she repeatedly asked Why do I not want to pay my debt? '' I asked again about the call being recorded and she sighed and said calls are monitored for quality assurance purposes. '' I then said thank you and ended the call. The whole time the Source RM representative was very rude, hard to understand and seemed to be intentionally evasive.
