I received a local call today from Source Receivables Management ( Source RM ). The caller brought up information regarding a debt from - - -. I had no knowledge of this debt and the caller requested that I make a payment today. There has been no verification of this debt nor have I received any documentation from the company by mail. After conducting personal research I realized that this company is trying to re-age a debt that has ran the statute of limitations. This debt has been removed from my credit report as of -/-/2014. I am filing this complaint due to unscrupulous business practices and lack of ethics. No action can be taken on this debt and I need the phone calls to cease immediately.
