At the time of origination the loan was an automatic deduction from bank account, once investors took over we were told to pay thru their online system. Problem is payments have been applied in a way that makes no sense, they are applying partial payments when they should be full payments. They made significant errors in servicing the account, including debiting extra unauthorized payments from a linked checking account and incorrectly applying the payments to the wrong amounts of interest/principal repeatedly.
