This is related to case # -. I have a mortgage with Investors Bank. They made significant errors in servicing the account, including debiting extra unauthorized payments from a linked checking account and incorrectly applying the payments to the wrong amounts of interest/principal repeatedly. After about 9 months of issues and many complaints, they seem to have finally fixed that problem. This is a NEW complaint regarding the same account. In addition to the aforementioned issues, I just ran a credit report and discovered that Investors Bank erroneously reported a late/missed payment on the account in - 2016, even though no payment was ever missed and, in fact, the payments were AUTOMATICALLY debited biweekly from a checking account at the same bank. Furthermore, the bank 's report to the credit bureau contains additional errors, such as the term of the loan ( not 25 months ) and the type of loan ( not an automobile loan ). This continues a pattern of sloppy, incompetent behavior by the bank. Please help us ensure that they fix this problem and do not create any additional ones in the future.
