PayPal consumers have reported over 42 official complaints related to Other. Out of the 42 consumer complaints against PayPal, 24% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 17% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 24% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

October 26, 2015 - I have a Paypal account and Paypal Credit. I have logged into Paypal several times to have it default payments to - of my credit cards but when I use PayPal to purchase something it always defaults to Paypal credit and I have to go to the extra step of changing it to my credit card. May 22, 2015 - I signed up for a PayPal credit account and did not know it was a credit account. I thought it was the regular PayPal account which I had another credit card attached to. I thought the practice was deceptive in nature. I also do not remember them indicating they where going to check my credit.
