PayPal Credit Card Complaint

Over the past six months I have been experiencing issues with my PayPal Extras MasterCard. - - is the lender on the card, and PayPal runs the e-platform on their website where I am supposed to be able to view my PayPal - - account. The problem seems to be an issue between - Bank and PayPal, but both companies are refusing to contact each other and work together to solve the problem. At this point there is nothing I can do to fix the problem because the issue is that PayPal has my account listed as cancelled, and - - has an account open for me but I have no way to view the information online. Other than paying my bill, all other activity must be done online, which includes redeeming rewards points that I have now lost over - because of points expiring, however over the past 6 months I was unable to use them due to the errors of the - companies attached to the account. At this point I have called twice to three times a month since -/-/-, and I spent 3 hours on the phone today with both companies until I was redirected to the initial automated answering service you get when one calls customer service. At this point I do not know what to do, or if I should even be paying my bill when one company attached to the card, which is the company directly associated with the card, tells me that the account is no longer active. Yet, I still can use the card, can not access my points, and still pay a bill every month.
