Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action January 24, 2017 - I recieved a collections call from an unknown company this morning while in the hospital. After being on hold for 10 minutes through an automated system where the recording told me to wait for a representative, I was hung up on and directed to the website. Their website ( http : //www.cmrefsi.com/ ) is not trusted and upon research, they seem to be a collection scam. I have no business nor have I authorized or agreed to any payments to this or any company or missed any payments to any outstanding accounts.... |

Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls January 13, 2017 - -/-/2014 I had an accident, I went to the - Hospital in - NV for treatment, after several months they were sending me bills, I contacted the hospital to send the bills to my medical insurance, they never sent anything to my insurance. I called my insurance and I told them I had that issue, they make several calls to the Hospital trying to get documents to pay that bill, but never got answers.
