Medical Communication tactics Threatened to take legal action California
I 've notified them several times that I 'm a veteran and I did go to a va hospital. They reported an illegal transaction on my credit report that I 'm 1 month late as a charged off account. The original date is back from 2010. They re-aged the date on my account in an attempt to prolong the time frame to collect which is illegal and unethical.
