-/-/2014 I had an accident, I went to the - Hospital in - NV for treatment, after several months they were sending me bills, I contacted the hospital to send the bills to my medical insurance, they never sent anything to my insurance. I called my insurance and I told them I had that issue, they make several calls to the Hospital trying to get documents to pay that bill, but never got answers. Finally the Hospital sent my bill to an Agency Collection, the same way my insurance contac them to pay that bill never got answers, I have phone calls mesages from my insurance telling me unfortunately the collection Agency never provided the information my insurance request.My Insurance was - ID - phone -, you can contact them if you need more information about my case.
