CMRE Financial Services ( collection agency ) has classified my account with them as in Default, however I have proof of payment via my HSA with - - - that my payments which actually exceed the amount agreed upon, were in fact mailed to them within the - days of last payment. Their letter is generated when payments have not been received with the - days. However, I have mailed them - payments, - of which were within the time indicated but the agency has not cashed - out of the - checks or posted them to my account. I called their account specialist, who just wanted to over talk me and repeat that they do n't have my payment. I have copies of the checks that were sent to them by - - -. Do I have any rights, even when an account is in collections to expect that my payments are accurately posted and in a timely manner? Thanks you for your assistance, - -
