The agent was unnecessarily aggressive and argumentative, and obtained personal information ( dates of birth, insurance company information, etc. ) that, in retrospect, I do not believe he was entitled to. He tried to obfuscate the fact that he was with a collection agency and not part of the company that provided the service whose bill was being collected. His tactics were targeted towards getting me riled up, by being argumentative and rude.
