It took more than a week for me to finally get to speak to a human being and I had to call 6 times in a row in order to finally get a human. December 31, 2015 - I received a dunning letter from a 3rd part debt collector. I attempted to get validation of debt from them by sending - letters to them. I did not receive a satisfactory response. I then sent them an estoppel letter. ( see attached ). This debt collector unbeknownst to me filed an action in - - - courthouse acting as if they were representing - - -, this was fraud on the court.
