Original debt was with -. It was charged off my credit and purchased by - -. I then received demand letters from Mitchell , Rubenstein & Associates demanding payment.. I disputed again and never received anything from them either. A judgement was placed against me due to a summons being served at a home I had n't rented in over 2 years! I wrote Mitchell, Rubenstein & Associates on - - and asked them to reverse the Judgement and now just over 1 month later my bank account has been frozen without ANY correspondence from them. They have very POOR and unfair practices, especially over a $700.00 debt that supposedly occurred in 2012.
