First Mortgage Corporation Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account April 19, 2016 - I have had nothing but bad service with First Mortgage Corporation ( " FMC '' ). A few months ago I was told they sold my loan to another servicer. I began calling the other servicer for an address to send my payment. They told me they did not have me in their system. Finally after calling for a FULL month, I called FMC and was told that my loan was NOT sold and it was still with them. Fast forward to - -, 2016. First Mortgage Corporation Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account September 18, 2015 - We refinanced and obtained a mortgage through First Mortgage Corportion with a first payment due -/-/15. On -/-/15 we recieved a letter from First Mortgage Corportion that our loan had been transfered to - - and that all payments starting -/-/15 should be made to the new servicer and the new loan number and payment address was included. All payments since then have been made to freedom mortgage and our loan as well as all escrow funds were transfered over sucessfully.
