VA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Nevada

First Mortgage Corporation advised me of transfer of loan per letter dated - - to - - -. I was instructed to send -/-/2015 payment to - -. Once I contacted - - I was advised payment not due until -/-/2015 so authorization for semi-monthly ACH drafting was set up to begin -/-/2015 per confirmation letter from - -. I also sent - - a half payment in -/-/-. First Mortgage advise no payment received per letter dated -/-/2015. On -/-/2015 I contacted First Mortgage & - - to resolve CONTRADICTING information I was advised - - was unable to transfer my funds they received in -/-/- to First Mortgage instead they would have to refund to me then I could proceed with payment to First Mortgage once funds received.
