We are attempting to refinance our mortgage loan with - - - -. The credit union is not able to make contact with Fist Mortgage for pay off information. I have attempted to make make contact with First Mortgage by phone and e-mail and have not been successful. When attempting to make contact by phone, mail box is full. I sent them an e-mail and have not received a response. I also attempted to login into my account with First Mortgage on the internet and was not successful. After doing a - search I was able to obtain information that their mortgage loans have been sold to - - and to -. I contacted both of these financial institutions by phone and was advised that they do not have our loan. - - did indicate that First Mortgage did not sell all of their mortgage loans. We have received no written notification that our loan was sold and to who it was sold to.
