Citibank consumers have reported over 61 official complaints related to General purpose card. Out of the 61 consumer complaints against Citibank, 16% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Citibank responded to their complaint) and 98% were processed in a timely manner. 33% of consumer complaints against Citibank resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 2% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Home Depot issued a credit for $39.00 to the prepaid card. The problem is that because the card had expired in - of 2016, two months before Home Depot issued the credit, there is no way at all for me to retrieve those funds. My question is, why does the expiration date not show up when a store attempts to apply a credit to an expired card? I then reordered it again, someone fraudulently obtained it and spent all the funds. Citi sent me a fraud form, told me to fill it out and send it back.
