I have a prepaid - card from Citibank that was given to me as incentive from - to open an account. It has an expiration date of -/-/- - 6 months after I opened the - account. There is a balance of $10.00 left on the card and Citi has told me that those funds are no longer available to me. This seems like theft to me. I earned those funds and should be able to access them.
