- was the one that handles paying me $100.00 after a gig, which leads to - in order to claim the money. The card only has 6 month expiration date from the day you click to redeem which I thought it had a year. I am calling back at virtual reward center on the - month they 've told me the card has expired and there are no way to access my fund which is still available at citiprepaid. Person I spoke with at citi was - -, # - Both Virtual Reward Center and Citi said there is nothing they can do to access my fund, and they can not issue me a new card. Citi 's customer service is -, and virtual reward center are contacted through email at --
