I have a prepaid Citi Visa debit card from -, - - which expired with $50.00 on it on - 2016. According to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, this card should be replaced with a like card or a check. I contacted Citi Card Services on - - - to ask for a replacement card - with the instructions on the CFPB website. I spoke to - ( employee ID : - ). He said they would not honor the card or issue a replacement regardless of what the CFPB said. The address he gave for Citi Credit Services was - -, Pa -.
