I have a - Visa Citi debit cards ( $ 100/card - and realized the expiration was - on - cards. I called today and they told me they would not reissue the cards. The cards are definitely less than 2 years old so this restrictive timeframe is not consistent with the direction provided by your site - that a 5 year time frame would be allowed -.
