I was unable to pay the $36.00 so they started charging me $7.00 everyday after that. On - - I spoke with someone from the bank and they waived $98.00 in fees which put the negative balance down to $130.00. He told me to pay what I could and to get it paid up as soon as I could so that the account can be closed. On - - I pay $14.00 to bring the negative balance down to $120.00. The check payee was changed and amount was altered to $4000.00. The obvious forgery was presented to PNC for payment electronically and it was successfully negotiated with the $4000.00. being taken out of my PNC account. I fulfilled the required obligations as outlined by the rep but never received the incentives. I emailed her - times including just after completing the last requirement. I received no response.
