PNC Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

A while back we were forced to open another checking account in order to obtain a savings. I never wanted - checking accounts but was told that was how pnc bank had to do this to open the other savings. In total I had - accounts, our regular checking. The account I did n't want and - savings. We never tried to use the other checking but some how it got mixed in to our pay pal account which charged - transactions to it. PNC never notified us of the over draft instead they kept charging the account penalties until reaching $290.00 then they took that - out of our checking with out notifying us and closed that account. I called talked to a very rude person in their REG team who said all these penalties are valid and it was n't their fault they did n't notify us cause we could of checked the account balance online or called them. After yelling he agreed to a - refund but I still feel cheated out of my money that they stole from a veteran trying to feed his family of -. The end I do accept some responsibility but notification from PNC should of been sent, not just - the account with penalties and then take money out of the other account. Money that we had already used to pay a mortgage.
