PNC Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Account opening, closing, or management Delaware

Pnc bank will not accept my legal Durable power of attorney. I submitted all the appropriate documents and their legal department stills refuses to accept it. I even submitted my father 's death certificate because he was first on the Durable power of Attorney. I have gone to the bank 3 times and each time they refuse. Please help.
