Tower Loan Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm February 22, 2017 - I am no long able to pay this debt. I informed the company of this in - 2016 also informed them to take whatever action they needed to take. They have not taken any legal action to resolve this debt instead I am receiving daily phone calls. I have asked then repeatedly to stop calling me. My attorney sent them a letter asking them to stop contacting me and to only contact his office with any further contact. I am still receiving daily phone calls.... |

I was told at the time, that I could repay the amount within 30 days for a $200.00 - $300.00 principal charged. I borrowed $1200.00. The manager at this establishment insured that I could repay within 30 days and it would not be added to my other personal loan balance. She sat with me and my husband with quick sign here comments. I have asked district manager to have workers not called and he stated he will make sure the calls would stop.
