Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to November 10, 2016 - Pioneer Credit Recovery, -, is calling my place of employment 2 - 3 times daily and leaving messages for me to return their calls. I have spoken to them and instructed them to remove my work phone number from their calling list. I have told them that I can not pay anything at this time due to my current situation ( I work for a staffing agency 28 hours per week @ - per hour ; I am raising - grandkids who were abandoned at my home in - 2016 ; we recently, 3 weeks prior, just moved out of a homeless shelter ; and if my situation changes, I will contact them. ) They are also calling p... |
Navient Solutions, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine November 8, 2016 - Hi, I relocated to - from - in - 2015. Shortly after moving I transferred my insurance and registration to the state - as required however I was not instructed to return my old tags to the State - and they continued to send letters of insurance cancellation to me however I sent the documents there was never a lapse in coverage but come to find out it was because of transferred my registration - and did n't return my tags to the state -. Navient Solutions, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount August 26, 2016 - Pioneer Credit Recovery has lied about its own practices. They told me that in order to set up a payment plan I had to give them tons of information about our finances, including other debts, income, utilities, etc. After this, they refused to give us a payment plan other than " pay half this month, half next month '' and refused to accept any other payment. Now, years later, they are saying they never said this, and I of course owe tons of interest and penalties for non payment, when THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY.... |
