Pioneer Credit Recovery has lied about its own practices. They told me that in order to set up a payment plan I had to give them tons of information about our finances, including other debts, income, utilities, etc. After this, they refused to give us a payment plan other than " pay half this month, half next month '' and refused to accept any other payment. Now, years later, they are saying they never said this, and I of course owe tons of interest and penalties for non payment, when THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY.
