Prince Parker & Associates Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid March 24, 2017 - I disconnected my services with - - - - on -/-/- but they continued to charge me for service up to -/-/-. When I tried to resolve it with them they said they have turned me over to a collection agency. The agency asked that I email them a letter of explanation and copies of the bills in question and I did. They said they would send me an email in 30 days with what - said and their decision but did not think I would owe that. Prince Parker & Associates Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received November 29, 2016 - I was contacted by a debt collection agency. I notified the representative that I would like to dispute the debt because I did not owe the amount. The representative stated she would only mark my account as a refusal to pay. I stated multiple times that I do not owe the amount and she refused to acknowledge it and stated I am just refusing to pay.The representative then stated this call is over and ended the call.... |
