Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine July 6, 2016 - I received a letter dated - informing that Benuck & Rainey had been assigned to collect a debt for -. - provided me with a medical device approximately 1 year earlier -/-/-. - 's billing process exhibited negligence and complete incompetence. They not only documented an incorrect service date, but also billed the wrong insurance carrier. I thrice informed them of the their mistakes and re-provided the correct information. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect November 9, 2015 - I contact the collection agency to resolve an unpaid collection account that was on my credit bureau. I was told that the account would be shown as paid in full and i would have a letter faxed that would confirm the paid in full status along with removal from my credit bureau. I was instructed to send in a letter authorizing them to release this information via fax which i did. After days of not receiving the letter i called back to get the letter sent, and i was informed by the representative i will not be getting that letter. ... |
