I owed - an original debt of something like - for annual usage fee. I do n't really use this card all that much so I wanted to pay off that balance and close the account. FirstSource Advantage, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received August 14, 2016 - On - First Source Advantage sent a settlement offer for a debt. On - a request for validation of debt was sent to the debt collector. On - a second request for debt validation was sent to the debt collector. Although federal law requires a 30 day response, the debt collector has yet to validate this alleged debt and now they are in violation of the FCRA and should immediately removed this unverifiable information from my credit report.... |

My complaint is that the agency calls multiple times/day and several days/week which constitutes harassment. They will call - times within - or - minutes.
