Due to unemployment the monthly payments have been more than 10 days late. However my loan has NEVER been 30 days late. After a spent 4 hours going round and round in a circle, I was informed that collection removed the funds from my account due to a charge off account for a bad check in -. After the funds were sent but before the check was processed, I was unable to reach the property management company and suspected fraud. I contacted Navy Federal and was told the check had not been processed and I could stop payment on the check by filling out an affidavit of loss.
