I went into the Navy Federal Credit union on Monday, - -, - and discovered $4800.00 was taken from my bank account. After a spent 4 hours going round and round in a circle, I was informed that collection removed the funds from my account due to a charge off account for a bad check in -. When I asked for document required this i was told that if is Navy Federal Policy and there was no statue of limitation for their actions. To my understanding this account was paid in full. I asked for documents and to this day I have not received anything.
