AES/PHEAA Student loan getting a loan can't qualify for a loan February 29, 2016 - There is National Collegiate Trust and American Education Services both reporting on my credit claiming to be the same loan with different amounts charged off. I contacted both companies to get more information and failed to send me a promissory note. AES/PHEAA Student loan getting a loan can't qualify for a loan November 19, 2015 - My mother and I took out a student loan through - years ago and it was eventually taken over by American Education Services or AES. My mom makes payments to the loan every month and has been making the payments the same way for the past - or 6 years. Recently AES took over another loan of mine that I had through - with my father, it was a much smaller loan compared to the one I am complaining about.
