Called them back today and I asked the nature of their business and they stated they dealt with private matters and could n't reveal that to me ''. I think it was a cell phone bill. I did pay off the debt and asked EOS to update the credit companies. It has been over a year that the debt was paid in full for the total amount yet it still remains on my credit reports. I am asking for them to be removed since the debt was paid in full. I cancelled my membership and returned their lock box equipment. I was not told of any additional charges and I did not expect any additional charges.
