a company called EOS collection was paid in full for the original creditor -. I think it was a cell phone bill. I did pay off the debt and asked EOS to update the credit companies. It has been over a year that the debt was paid in full for the total amount yet it still remains on my credit reports. I am asking for them to be removed since the debt was paid in full. I have tried numerous times to contact them and asked them to call they have yet to obtain removal for credit report.
