After giving them my acct and auth numbers, I pressed the agent and found out that it can take 30 day 's to process. The agent wanted me to send a copy of it clearing my bank account. He yelled, suggested I turn off a cell phone and get rid of it to pay the debt. I explained I did not own the phone, then - - hung up on me. - - did not use any foul language, but I spoke with the Chief Compliance - - - the same day and filed a complaint. When I attempted to call he was extremely rude and eventually hung the phone up on me. he threatened to get the money through my job at the - - - at the time. He sent a text to my cell phone with his phone number.
