On - -, 2014, - - -, with Kinum, Inc., called me, he was abusive. He yelled, suggested I turn off a cell phone and get rid of it to pay the debt. I explained I did not own the phone, then - - hung up on me. - - did not use any foul language, but I spoke with the Chief Compliance - - - the same day and filed a complaint. However, instead of taking any interest in the conduct of - -, the conversation quickly turned back to the debt. More then a year later I have not heard the result of this complaint.
