I kept getting calls from Kinum but did not receive any bills when I received my bill I did call them. - is who identified himself and when I told him I do not have any source of income and that once I do I will pay the bill in full became aggressive, angry and began threatening legal ramifications and would not let me speak he kept saying the same thing over and over and then asked if I had a number of an attorney that I would want him to contact and that they would pursue me. He also started questioning how I paid the phone I was on and asked about other bills I had which I did not know they had that kind of information access. I have worked with and am working with other collection agencies such as - recovery and - and have never had such an awful experience. They were willing to work with me and to wait until I was able to make payments. People like this make me want to just file bankruptcy and not try and pay off my debt because if this is what you have to go through it 's extremely upsetting and had me on the verge of tears it was so abusive.
