After paying the bill in full via their website and validating that it cleared my account the following day I received a phone call from them two weeks later on my cell phone stating they had no record of this activity. After giving them my acct and auth numbers, I pressed the agent and found out that it can take 30 day 's to process. The agent wanted me to send a copy of it clearing my bank account. Essentially they were making their problem my problem. The agent then asked me why I was berating them the day after -. When I asked to speak with their supervisor, the agent said they were a supervisor. Very unprofessional and this upset me greatly.
