Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine June 1, 2016 - On -/-/2016 send a dispute to the Credit Reporting Agencies indicating that the account is not accurately reporting. Subsequently, on -/-/16 the Credit Reporting Agencies indicated that the collection agency verified to the credit reporting agency that the account was being reported accurately. On -/-/16 I faxed a letter to the collection agency to the attention of - -. AFTER I HAD SET UP A 3 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY HE DEBT.
