ON -/-/2015 I RECIEVED A CALL FROM CREDIT BUREAU SERVICES INC. AFTER I HAD SET UP A 3 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY HE DEBT. THE MAN WHO CALLED ME I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AT ALL HE ASKED ME FOR MY HOME ADDRESS TOLD ME I OWED - MORE SAID MY PAYMT HAD BEEN RETURNED AND IT HAD NOT MY BANK VERIFIED THAT. WAS VERY RUDE WOULD NOT LET ME TALK YELLING AT ME TELLING ME I HAD TO PAY THIS E-TRA MONEY ASKING MORE AND MORE QUESTIONS AFTER I TOLD HIM TO STOP AND LET ME TALK TO A SUPERVISOR. TREATED ME VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I TRIED TO TELL HIM IM LEAGLLY BLIND AND WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER.WATING TO OW WHEN I WOULD PAY THE E-TRA MONEY HE THOUGHT I OWED. HE OULD LEAE PHONE MESSAGES I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AT ALL BECAUSE OF HIS SPEAKING SKILLS. I HNG UP CALLED BACK TO ASK FOR A NUMBER FOR A SUPERVISOR HE GAVE ME A WRONG NUMBER TO A COMP. IN KENTUCKY. MY BILL WAS ONLY - FOR A VET BILL THAT I HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT.
